kid heaven with views!
awesome activities super fast water slides free food
this hotel is seriously awesome for families! the kids had a blast with all the activities. the water slides were super fast! plus, free food for the little ones made mealtime easy. the mountain views were amazing too.
The checkout process was a bit of a hassle. There was some confusion about charges for towels and bed making. it took some time to sort it out, a little frustrating at the end of an otherwise great stay.

the hotel has an amazing location! it's conveniently close to zurich, so getting there was easy. also, the scenic views really added to the experience, it was fine!

breakfast had good choices. the selection included diverse options, catering to various tastes. the buffet provided a lot to choose from! i think the food was really delicious.

the comfort family room provided a lot of space. it was well connected to the kids' play areas, so that was very convenient. the room felt modern and new too!

excellent food children buffet
The Superdome was AMAZING!!! My children especially loved it. The food was excellent, I really enjoyed the breakfast and kids buffet. It was fabulous. There was so much for children to do!
I found the French language was not widely spoken by the staff.
